Meme broke?
Please tell us your iPhone or iPad model, iOS version, the screen you were on, and what you tapped. A screenshot helps; there is no need to send the photo you were captioning unless the problem depends on it.
Captions need cloud access. If you tapped Not now, turn on Settings → AI data sharing → Share photos for captions, then import the photo again. Also check your internet connection.
If the service is busy you will see fallback captions instead; you can always type your own top and bottom text in the editor.
Switch off Share photos for captions in Settings. It stops cloud captions and Meme Coach at once. Editing, saving, and sharing keep working on your device.
If you declined camera access, open iOS Settings → Quipshot → Camera and turn it on. On devices without a camera, use Photo Library or the sample photo.
Go to iOS Settings → Quipshot → Photos and choose “Add Photos Only”, then tap Save to Photos again on the meme.
Voice input needs both Microphone and Speech Recognition in iOS Settings → Quipshot. It understands US English. Tap the mic once to start and again to stop, check the text, then tap Send. You can always type instead.
That's expected in this version: the background image service is not connected yet, so nothing is sent. Captions and editing are unaffected.
Yes. Say “New meme from latest photo in Quipshot” or add the New Meme shortcut. It opens the New Meme screen, where you pick the photo.
Quipshot keeps everything on your device. There is no per-meme delete yet; deleting the app removes all photos, memes, and settings it stored. Save anything you want to keep to Photos first. We can't recover deleted data because we never had a copy.
No. There is no sign-in and no in-app purchase.
